Hello and welcome to New Plymouth School of Swimming!
We are a private swim school dedicated to providing the finest swimming education in all of Taranaki. We have a fantastic team of fully qualified and experienced teachers eager to teach you or your child how to gain mastery over the aquatic environment.

The New Plymouth School of Swimming offers classes for all ages and skill levels from six months old and upwards. We provide both class lessons and one on one private lessons for children and adults.
We are situated at 14 Puni Street in Fitzroy, opposite the golf course. Please feel free to come in and see us and we will be more than happy to show you our facilities and answer any questions you may have!

Babies and Toddles classes ($16 per lesson)
Our babies classes start from 6 months of age and run through until your child turns 3 years old. These classes start with an introduction to the water and having fun.Classes available:
Mon-Fri 9am-12pm
Sat 9am or 10am
Pre - School classes ($18 per lesson)
These classes are for children between the ages of 3 and 5. These range from classes for beginners who start with water confidence classes through to full stroke development in time.
Classes available:Mon-Fri 9am-12pm
Sat 9am-10:30am
School Age classes ($18 per lesson)
These classes are for all children who are 5 and older. These range from complete beginner confidence level through to mini-squad classes for our older students.
Classes available:Mon-Fri 3:15pm - 5:45pm
Sat 10:30am-12:30pm
